The purpose of this project is to substantially improve the User Experience for fitness trackers using AI. This platform is predominantly optimized for weight lifting, but more exercise options will be supported soon.
Recording Exercises
You can start by using the chatbot to record your exercises by writing simple text like:
[exercise name]: [weight] [reps], [weight] [reps], [weight] [reps]
This will record an exercise with its exercise name, and the 3 different sets you created
Or, for example, if you did 3 sets with the same weight, there is no reason to write the weight for every set so instead try this:
[exercise name]: [weight], [reps], [reps], [reps]
Viewing Past Records
You can start viewing your latest exercise records by writing simple text like:
What was my last [exercise name]?
This will help you know what amount of weight to try during your next exercise!
Receiving Exercise Suggestions
You can start receiving exercise suggestions by writing simple text like:
Can you suggest me [number of exercises] for my [muscle group]?
You will then receive the exact amount of exercises you requested for the muscle group you described.
Customizing Your Trainer Bot
You can start customizing your trainer chat bot by writing simple text like:
My personal trainer is: [exact description]
After this, every message received by your trainer will include a fun custom message from the perspective of the description you provided.
Bugs and Limits
What is described above is the most supported set of use cases, but if you want to experience with the way you can interact with the trainer bot, by all means do so.
